Oak Alley庄园建于1839年，1846年种下了我们今天看到的这二十颗著名的橡树。

庄园由Valcour Aime家族建造，1925年转给Josephine Stewart，1972年Josephine去世后，由Oak Alley基金会管理。现在庄园房屋内部保持了原有的风貌。
